SEOF Sponsors Oversea Treatment For A Renal Patient

 

Miss Stella Eze from Nsukka town in Enugu State of Nigeria, who is afflicted with a renal ailment and requires kidney transplant treatment in an Indian hospital, has had her prayers for assistance answered through the Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF).

 Her ailment had defied all treatments in the Nigerian hospitals, and would cost a total of N7.5million for treatment abroad (India).

The SEOF initially issued a cheque of N1.5million as her token towards the oversea’s treatment. However on the 1st of April, 2013, the Founder SEOF, Sir Emeka C. Offor while presenting the cheque to the patient, Ms. Stella Eze could not hold his emotion on learning from the latter that no responses from other individuals or organizations were forthcoming and her condition was degenerating daily. The Founder of S.E.O.F graciously pledged to write off the ENTIRE treatment cost of N7.5million. To God be the glory.

SEOF Holds Interaction Session With Widows Cooperatives

 

The Founder, S.E.O.F, Sir Emeka C. Offor and the management S.E.O.F held an interactive session with the eight (8) Groups of the S.E.O.F Widows Multipurpose Cooperative Societies Ltd on 1st April, 2013 (Easter Monday). The event featured presentation of progress reports from the eight (8) Widows Cooperative Groups, gifts of bags of rice to the widows and donation of N1.5m for oversea’s treatment of a Renal patient amongst other activities of the day.

A total of one thousand, six hundred and eighteen (1,618) bags of rice were donated to the Cooperative Groups, thus all the members physically present went home with a bag of rice.
