Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF) Donates To Flood Displaced Victims

donationThe Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF) in November 2012 donated items worth millions of naira to internally displaced persons (IDPs) by flood in their various camps in Anambra State. The items donated include bags of rice, beans, toiletries, etc.

The S.E.O.F followed the donations with medical missions to victims. The Director, Anambra State Emergency Agency (SEMA) Dr. Nwabufo Ijezie expressed the appreciation of the Anambra State Government through his Agency towards these gestures from S.E.O.F.
 
The Coordinator of The Sir Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF), Hon Sir Anthony A. Obi while presenting these gifts at various camps stated that the S.E.O.F intervention has no political motives - only to make available resources towards the oppressed for a better living.
 
Responding, the Secretary to The Anambra State Government (SSG) Mr. Oseloka Obazie thanked the Founder of S.E.O.F, Sir Emeka C. Offor for his magnanimity towards people in need and wished that other philanthropists would emulate him in assisting government towards effective harmonious development of the State.
 
Committees in-charge of the camps were excited with the S.E.O.F gestures. The Rt. Rev. Dr. S.C Ezeofor, The Anglican Bishop of Ogbaru Diocese who is the Chairman for the camps in Ogbaru and Onitsha Local Government Areas expressed their deep appreciation to the S.E.O.F and the Founder, Sir Emeka C. Offor.
